Labels, Films and Foils Manufactured by TopGuard

TopGuard is a label and film manufacturer in India with six products across two industries. Every grade on this page is extruded, printed and coated at our own works in Kundli, Sonipat — and specified against your substrate before it ships.

If you mould plastic containers

Injection moulders, blow moulders and the brands that buy from them.

IML
In-Mould Label

You are running a labelling machine after the moulding machine, paying for its labour, its adhesive and its rejects. IML puts the label in the mould instead. It fuses into the container wall under heat and pressure, so the second operation disappears and there is no glue line left to lift.

  • ProcessInjection moulding, thermoforming
  • MaterialPolypropylene — clear, white, cavitated
  • PrintingRotogravure up to 6 colours
  • Used forPaint pails, dairy cups, tubs, closures

BML
Blow Mould Label

Your bottle leaves the mould finished, then waits in a queue to be labelled. BML decorates it during the blow itself — the label sits in the open mould and bonds as the parison inflates. It also stiffens the wall, so some customers take resin out of the bottle and keep the same performance.

  • ProcessExtrusion blow moulding
  • MaterialPP / PE with heat-seal coating
  • ContainersHDPE, LDPE, PP
  • Used forLubricant, agrochemical, dairy, detergent bottles

HTL
Heat Transfer Label

You cannot touch the moulding process, but the sticker still looks like a sticker. HTL decorates the finished container on a separate machine: the print transfers flush into the surface and a protective lacquer lands on top of it, so it survives filling and transit and shows no label edge.

  • AppliedPost-mould, on your own line
  • SubstratesPP, HDPE, LDPE, PET
  • FormatFront, front-back, wrap-around, full body
  • Used forPersonal care, cosmetics, paint, housewares

If you finish aluminium, steel or panels

Extruders, ACP and panel makers, fabricators, furniture manufacturers and carton printers.

HTF
Heat Transfer Film

Your customer specified wood. Your engineer specified aluminium. HTF settles it: the dye sublimates into the powder coat rather than laminating on top, so the profile looks like timber and still weathers like a coated section. Vacuum bagging reaches every face, grooves and returns included.

  • MethodVacuum bag and oven, or heated press
  • SubstratesPowder-coated aluminium, coated MDF, steel
  • PatternsWoodgrain, marble, granite, stone, solids
  • NeedsSublimation-grade powder coat first

HSF
Hot Stamping Foil

Printed gold never looks like gold. HSF transfers real metallised lacquer exactly where the heated die presses and nowhere else — a logo, a border, a brand mark. The lacquer above the metal sets the shade and the lustre, so one metallisation gives you gold, rose gold, satin or matte.

  • GradesMetallic, pigment, holographic
  • SubstratesPlastic, paper, board, PVC, leather, textile
  • MethodsFlat-bed, roll-on, peripheral, vertical
  • Used forCartons, caps, cosmetics, trims, security

SPF
Surface Protection Film

The panel left your factory perfect and reached site scratched. SPF guards it through cutting, forming, transport and installation, then peels away clean. The whole product is the adhesive: too much tack marks a gloss panel, too little lets go of a textured one. We specify it against your surface.

  • CarrierLDPE / co-extruded polyethylene
  • AdhesionLow, medium and high grades
  • SubstratesAluminium, ACP, stainless, glass, laminates
  • OptionsUV grades, printed up to 6 colours

Choosing between them: one label and film manufacturer in India, six processes

Most first enquiries to a label and film manufacturer in India name the wrong product, because buyers search by the finish they want rather than the process they run. An in mould label supplier, a heat transfer label manufacturer and a surface protection film supplier are three different specifications, not three names for the same thing. These are the questions we are asked most often.

How do I know whether I need IML, BML or HTL?

It is decided by your process, not by the look you want. If you injection mould, you need IML. If you extrusion blow mould, you need BML. If the container is already moulded and you decorate it on a separate machine, you need HTL.

Can one film be used across different substrates?

No. Adhesion and bonding are engineered for a specific substrate family. A grade made for polypropylene will not perform the same on PVC, HDPE or a powder-coated surface. Share your exact material and we will match the grade.

Do you supply samples before an order?

Yes. We ship trial rolls so the film can be run on your own machine, through your own process, before you commit to a grade. We recommend never approving a film on a visual sample alone.

What information do you need to quote?

The substrate and its finish, the process the film must survive, panel or label size, your machine make and temperature window, and your annual volume. With those five things we can shortlist grades the same day.

Where is TopGuard manufactured?

All TopGuard film is manufactured at the DVM Protech plant in Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana, with a sales and marketing office in Wazirpur, Delhi. We are a manufacturer, not an importer or reseller.

Not sure which film you need?

Describe your container, profile or panel and the process it goes through. We will tell you which of the six applies — including when the answer is none of them.
